ActivePass is a trading name of Wiseclutch Ltd, registered in Ireland. These Terms govern your purchase and use of all ActivePass Edits and Open Edit vouchers sold at activepass.ie. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All Products are valid for a minimum of five years from the date of purchase, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019. There is no minimum spend requirement on any single transaction.
Each activity code entitles you to redeem one activity occasion at the designated Partner venue. Contact the Partner directly and quote your code to book — advance booking is required, and the Partner will verify your code with us before confirming.
If a listed activity or Partner becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative of comparable type and equal or greater value, and notify you by email in advance.
You may cancel within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, provided no code has been redeemed. After 14 days, or after any redemption, your voucher remains valid for its full term but is not refundable except where we are in breach of these Terms.
ActivePass connects you with independent Partner activity providers. The activity itself is delivered by the Partner, not by ActivePass. Our total liability in connection with any Product will not exceed the price you paid for it.
Contact hello@activepass.ie with any complaint. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10. You may also refer unresolved complaints to the CCPC (ccpc.ie).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
